Payroll Dues Deduction:

Members who authrorize the company to deduct dues will be notified if dues are not submittted to the Local on their behalf. You will be notified whether your employer will deduct missed dues, otherwise we will instruct you to mail your dues directly to the Local Union. Some Companies will not deduct missed dues. Please check your paystubs and/or your quarterly receipts to ensure that your dues are current.

Self Paid Dues:

Union dues are due on a monthly basis and should be paid on the first day of the month. However, there is no late penalty id dues are paid within the month they are owed. Members who self-pay dues to the Local office, must allow adequate time for mail delivery. We cannot honor post-marked dates. Your dues must be received in our office no later than the last working day of the month, otherwise the late penalty is $10.00.

You may now pay quarterly dues (3 months) using VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card.

Any member who becomes 3 months in rears will be suspended and will be subject to the rules of reinstatement, which may included but is not limited to, paying all delinquent dues, current dues, and a re-initiation fee.

We accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. Or, if paying quarterly dues (3 months at a time) you may use VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card.

A drop-box is available at the Local Union office for after-hour payments. It Is located on the gate at the Local Union office, 1531 East Fremont Street, Stockton, CA.
